RETURN
Pursuant to the Act of 2 March 2000 on the protection of certain consumer rights, the Customer who is a consumer may withdraw from the sales agreement concluded via the Store's website, without giving any reasons, by submitting an appropriate written statement within10 days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Customer.
The goods should be returned immediately, no later than within 14 (fourteen) days. The package shall be accompanied by the PROOF OF PURCHASE and the RETURN FORM. The cost of shipping the goods to the Seller (if the goods are not claimed defective) is borne by the Customer. The Store will refund the amount due for the returned goods no later than within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery (the amount of PLN 14 will be deducted for the shipment of the first order)..
REPLACEMENT
The Customer may replace the purchased goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the order. The costs of shipping the replaced goods both ways are borne by the Customer. The return package shall be accompanied by the PROOF OF PURCHASE and the PRODUCT REPLACEMENT FORM.
COMPLAINT
The Store is liable to the Customer for non-compliance with the sale agreement for the product purchased by the Customer, to the extent specified by the Act of 27 July 2002 on specific terms and conditions of consumer sale and amendments to the Civil Code (Journal of Laws No. 141, item 1176, as amended). The Customer has the right to report the non-compliance of the goods with the sale agreement within 2 years from the date of issue of the goods, provided that the Customer informs the store about the non-compliance within 2 months from the date on which the non-compliance of the goods with the agreement was discovered by the Customer.
The Online Store www.alkemie.com shall respond to the Customer's complaint within 14 (fourteen) business days and notify him of the further procedure. The prerequisite for considering the complaint is the delivery of the claimed goods together with the proof of purchase and description of the complaint.
In case of considering the complaint in favour of the Customer – the Store shall repair or replace the defective goods for full value or if the replacement is not possible, the Store shall refund the amount due for the defective goods within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of considering the complaint.
If the complaint is sent to the address of Alkemie Group, ul. Okopowa 18, 58-500 Jelenia Góra via Poczta Polska, the Online Store www.alkemie.com shall refund the costs the Customer paid for the delivery of claimed goods. In order to receive the refund, the Customer shall specify his/her bank account details.
