1-2. Neck and Jawline: move the roller from the clavicle upwards. Next- guide the roller towards the chin and follow the jawline towards the ear.
3. The mouth and nose: Using the larger roller guide your hand from the lips towards the ears. Repeat the movements from the wings of the nose towards the hairline.
4. Eyes: make circular movements with the smaller roller, starting at the inner corner of the eye and alongside the eyelid and the undereye. Continue to move roller along the outer corner, towards the temples and hairline.
5. Forehead: begin at the centre of the forehead, between the eyebrows and move the roller upwards. Repeat motion while moving towards the ears.
