LEAD TIME
The time of issuing the order from the warehouse (shipping) of the purchased goods is from 3 hours to 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.
The delivery time is counted from:
- the day after the Seller sends the Customer a declaration of acceptance of the Order for execution (in the case of "cash on delivery" payment)
- the moment the full Price is credited to the Seller's account (in the case of DotPay payment or by bank transfer).
DELIVERY TIME
The time of delivery of the Goods to the Customer by the Supplier in Poland is:
- Courier DPD — approx. 1 - 2 business days
- InPost Parcel locker — approx. 1 - 2 business days.
The time of delivery of the Goods to the Customer by the Supplier outside Poland is:
- Courier DPD — approx. 2-3 business days

The total shipping and delivery time in Poland may be approx 2 -3 business days.
The total time of shipping and delivery outside Poland may be approx 4 working days.
SPECIFIED DELIVERY DATE
Customers who would like to indicate a specific date of delivery (applies to dates exceeding the above-mentioned time limits) - are asked to provide of delivery date when placing an order .
