3. Mouth and nose: roll from the mouth toward the ear. Make the same move starting from the nose wings, through the cheek bones and to the hairline.
4. Eyes: using the smaller end, start from the inner corner of the eye and make round, spiral movements, massaging the lids and under-eye area. Then, continue rolling from the outer corner of the eye towards the hairline, by the temple.
5. Forehead: start between the brows and move the roller upward. Then, massage with the pin from the middle of the forehead towards the ear.
6. Body: lead the roller toward the heart - massage the legs from ankles to the knees, then from knees to the groin. Massage the hands from palms to elbows, then from elbows to armpits. Massage the stomach from hips to chest.
The roller is designer for everyday use.
The optimal massage time is 5-10 minutes.
Use it after cleansing the face and body and applying a serum, a balm or an oil.
Massage the face and body gently and don't press too hard on the skin.
Each massage should be done symmetrically on the left and right side.
Repeat all moves 3-6 times.
Cleaning: Wipe the roller down with a clean cloth and dry it. Don't wash it in hot water and don't submerge it. Do not use harsh detergents to clean it.
